How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each product is freshly compounded upon order, please allow 5-7 business days for production and an additional 3-5 days for standard shipping.
What is your return policy on personalized products?
We offer a 30-day Reformulation Guarantee. If your custom formula isn't perfect, our chemists will adjust it for free. Because products are custom-made, we do not offer traditional refunds.
Are your products cruelty-free and clean?
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or SLS, adhering to strict clean beauty standards.
Can I update my skin profile if I move to a new climate?
Absolutely. You can retake your Skin Genome Quiz at any time to update your environmental data, and your next shipment will be adjusted to protect your skin in your new location.
